Delivered in partnership with The King’s Trust, this qualification supports students in building the personal and professional attributes needed for success in education, training, and employment. The course is particularly valuable for students who benefit from practical, skills-based learning and who are keen to develop their independence and self-belief.

Throughout the programme, students engage in a range of activities focused on personal growth and employability. Units may include teamwork and communication skills, career planning, managing money, healthy living, community projects, enterprise activities, and interview preparation.
